PRENOTAZIONI:

Effettuare una prenotazione tramite il pulsante arancione che conduce al sito di Booking.com, compilando le date desiderate.

Per un affitto settimanale (7a notte gratuita), procedere con prenotazione diretta via e-mail. Per confermare la prenotazione viene richiesto un acconto non rimborsabile del 25% del costo del soggiorno, tramite carta di credito o coordinate IBAN. Per motivi di sicurezza, non riportare il numero CVC nella e-mail. Verrà chiesto nel corso del contatto telefonico.

In caso di non disponibilità su Booking.com, non esitate a contattarci direttamente.

PREZZI:

Tutti i prezzi sono comprensivi di acqua, elettricità, biancheria, lenzuola, asciugamani e teli da bagno. La connessione internet ad alta velocità Wi-Fi è gratuita.

CHECK-IN - CHECK-OUT:

Check-in tra le 17.30 e le 23.30 e check-out tra le 6.30 e le 10.00 (11.00 nei week-end e giorni festivi). E' possibile accordarsi per arrivi o partenze in orari diversi. Non esitate a chiedere.

BILL:

A detailed bill will be shown to you before your departure.

CANCELATION:

Cancelation 30 days prior your arrival will account for no charges. However, the deposit of direct booking via e-mail is not refundable.

A late cancelation or not coming at all, 100% of the costs are demanded.

We suggest you to subscribe to a trip insurance allowing, in case of cancelation for sickness or other uncontrolled reasons, to obtain a refunding.

PETS:

Although we love them, for hygienic reasons, we decided to forbid pets.

SMOKERS:

Our room and apartment, as well as all interior places are non-smoking. However, you can smoke freely in the garden.

CHILDREN:

One or two beds can be set up for free in the apartment instead of the convertible sofa.

A bed can be included for free in the double room.

Depending on their availabilities, we have several spare beds at your disposal. Just ask by precising which spare bed you need:

• a bed for a baby
• a bed for a child (1.70 m)
• a spare bed for an adult (2.00 m)

On one hand, our first concern is your satisfaction. If there is any issue or anything missed to your comfort, please let us know. We will do our best to provide.
